Mr. Radcliff’s 45-year legal practice includes an emphasis on representing inland river towing companies, fleeting and harbor services, marine underwriters, commercial shrimp boat owners and operators in maritime personal injury, wrongful death and property damage claims arising from collisions/allisions, groundings, sinkings, vessel and barge breakaways.

Mr. Radcliff has extensive experience in the seizure of vessels by the U.S. Marshal arising from the enforcement of maritime contracts and liens, handling Limitation of Liability actions in federal court when vessel owners face allegations of fault resulting in catastrophic damages or injuries to others, and maritime contract dispute matters.

Mr. Radcliff’s maritime experience also includes matters involving Jones Act personal injury and wrongful death claims, unseaworthiness and negligence claims.
