In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Radcliff is experienced in the area of alternate dispute resolution as an option to resolving conflict.
Mr. Radcliff received formal mediation training at Tulane University in 2004 and is on the list of Panel of Neutrals (approved mediators) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. He has extensive experience as a mediator in disputes involving admiralty and maritime law and various types of general liability and business litigation, having been appointed by courts or requested by counsel for the litigants on numerous occasions.
Mr. Radcliff is also an experienced arbitrator in maritime and non-maritime disputes including but not limited to condominium construction disputes and business entity dissolutions.
Mr. Radcliff has been appointed as one of a panel of arbitrators through the American Arbitration Association and has served as an arbitrator at the joint request of parties in the dispute, who are either contractually obligated to resolve their differences through arbitration or by counsel representing opposing parties who recognize the advantages of binding arbitration over litigation in the state or federal court system.
